Jennie provides a holistic method within her psychotherapy practice. She emphasizes caring for the whole person by providing support for her client’s physical, mental, spiritual, and social needs.
Fees
Wisteria Integrated Therapy (WIT) accepts the following insurance as well as out-of-pocket private pay:

The fee is due and payable on the day of session. Payment accepted by credit, debit card, check, or Venmo. All clients will be charged the full fee for sessions cancelled without advanced 24-hours notice, no show, or more than 15 minutes late.
Individual counseling (psychotherapy) sessions are 50 minutes long. Out-of-pocket fee per session is $215.
Therapeutic yoga sessions are 60 minutes long. They are not covered by insurance. The fee is $215 per session. Introductory session pass is $575 for five sessions.
Reiki sessions are 50 min long. Fee per session is $145. A 4 session pass is $540.

Psychotherapy
Talk therapy is a service that helps people with a broad variety of mental illnesses and emotional difficulties. Sessions are multimodal and available for individuals and groups.

Therapeutic Yoga
The practice of applying the techniques of yoga to alleviate specific concerns (physical, emotional, and/or spiritual) coupled with a combination of psychological understanding. Available in-person.
Yoga Asana
Asana is the Sanskrit term for posture or pose. Yoga asana is the physical practice of yoga (Vinyasa, Restorative, etc.). Refer to schedule for classes and submit consultation form if interested in private sessions.
Reiki
Rei: Universal/Spirit | Ki: Life Force
Reiki is the Japanese healing technique involving gentle placement of hands on the body to manipulate energy force in the body to reduce stress and anxiety while encouraging relaxation. It does not treat or cure conditions, but provides complementary support along with traditional treatments.
